Originally opening as a food stall in the Chicago French Market in March 2016 by industry veteran Zach Friedlander, Aloha Poke Co. instantly drew industry acclaim—not to mention large crowds and long lines—for its smash-hit, Hawaiian style poke bowls. The Revival Food Hall location presents Loop lunchers with the signature Aloha experience: a choice of three sizes of bowls to choose from, and a white, brown or mixed-greens base, as well as sashimi grade Ahi Tuna, Salmon or Tofu served marinated or “naked”.

Diners are invited to pack their own bowl with a variety of fresh toppings such as Maui onion, pineapple, seaweed and avocado, as well as house made sauces including spicy aioli, wasabi and yuzu ranch to name a few. Aloha Pokē Co. also offers three of their own house-creations including the Aloha, Crunch and Volcano bowls with a delicious variety of textures and flavors mixed fresh for your poke pleasure. Aloha Poke Co. at Revival Food Hall will follow Friedlander’s mid-summer launch of his second location in Lakeview, but will hit an entirely new crowd of mid-day diners in the city’s booming business district.
