The team behind Evanston’s popular Neapolitan-style pizza spot, Union Pizzeria, now brings their culinary talent to downtown Chicago by introducing Union Squared at Revival Food Hall. Union’s partners Heather Behm, Steve Schwartz, Craig Golden and Chef/Partner Vince DiBattista, swap their wood-fired oven for a Blodgett deck oven at Revival Food Hall to create Detroit-style pizzas—square, red-topped pies with thick, crispy crusts. The menu will feature four pizza options daily, offered by the slice or by the pan. One meat, one cheese and one veggie will feature rotating toppings, while classic pepperoni remains a menu staple. There will also be a selection of vegetable sides, allowing for a Slice-and-a-Side combo. As a nod to their original concept, Union Squared will also offer one Neapolitan Pizza of the Week in individual 10” portions. Whole pies are available to grab-and-go and reheat at home. A selection of morning menu dishes will take inspiration from Union Pizzeria’s brunch menu.

Union Squared at Revival

There will also be a selection of vegetable sides, allowing for a Slice-and-a-Side combo.
